P&ID
Piping and Instrument Diagram
P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) is a diagram fearturing all pipe lines, valves and instrumentations of a process.
That diagram defines an industrial process in details, pipes, valves, boilers and instrumentation and their related sizing. P&ID allows to visualize the pipes but also the sensors and actuators.
DG PROCESS perform P&ID or provides its expertise in P&ID upgrade to EPC or engineering firms for the integration of process equipments such as the ones below :
- Valves
- Three way valves
- Level sensors
- Pressure sensors
- Temperature sensors
- Monitored elements
- Limit switches
- Flowmeters
- Pipe reductions
- Pumps
- Heat exchangers
- Filters
- Transmitters
- Displays and indicators
- Bleeds
- Flow Presence controllers and rotameters
- Pipes heating elements
- Breathing and vents
- anti-rams or anti-pulsers
DG PROCESS is located in the east of Canada, in Québec region, a region particularly rich in industries.
Many industrial groups and potential customers of DG PROCESS are located in the surrounding municipalities (Québec, Ottawa, Toronto, Saint-John, Boston, Chicago, Brisbane, Perth, Phoenix, San Antonio, San Diego, Adelaide, Dallas, Dublin, Auckland...).
