Turnkey operators and project leads are often coming from the mechanical, piping, boiler making construction field.

These company are quite heterogenous when it comes to their DNA, size and kind of resources. For the smallest they are only construction operator for high value components: stainless steel tanks, piping set...The major ones embed a design office, act sometimes as EPCs and are then able to make turnkey projects, keeping one part internally and subcontracting jobs that are not part of their core business.
